This media project is initiated by journalist and mom Ramona Păuleanu, and its mission is to become a credible resource in Romania's parenting niche, backed by experts — about the balanced development of children and the physical and emotional health of mothers — built on the following strategic pillars:
In January 2023, Ramona reached out with the intention of producing a podcast pilot series. With a solid background in journalism, Ramona sensed that the parenting niche could be approached in a personal and authentic way that would resonate with the audience.
The challenges of this project started with the need to build a premium visual image that conveyed trust and authority — on a limited budget. At the same time, the production had to be scalable, tailored to a steady publishing rhythm, and agile enough to seamlessly integrate sponsor brands without compromising editorial integrity.
🎧 "I had a podcast idea, but I had no way to make it happen. I had no gear, no clue about video, no time to learn. I know how to think up concepts, dig into strong topics, ask questions that draw things out of people. That's it. I come from a system where each person does exactly what they know: the editor edits, the cameraman shoots, I bring in subjects that matter to the audience. That's what I know. The rest was a total blank." - Ramona, Founder of Creștem Mari
Amaze has been alongside Creștem Mari from the very beginning, helping build a memorable show. We handled production, format, and visual identity design, and at times we coordinated guest prep, making sure every conversation conveyed authenticity, value, and relevant insights. We approached the story with intention and balance, always focusing on relevant content rather than sensationalism.
Amaze delivered a complete solution, producing 50 premium video episodes, full video and audio podcast production, trailers and highlights for social media, dedicated photography, media consulting, and a customized studio setup — everything needed for a truly impactful podcast.

In the case of Creștem Mari, the podcast's identity is tightly linked to Ramona's brand, the project's initiator. That's exactly why we proposed an integrated branding process, built around a personal brand shoot that reflects both her values and the podcast's strategic positioning.
This work became the foundation of all subsequent visual communication and included:

Creating content shouldn't mean that one person plays the roles of producer, editor, social media strategist, and marketer all at once
For an independent podcaster, the podcast isn't just a marketing channel — it's the business itself. Compared to a podcast built around a brand, where content is a support tool for sales or awareness, the independent podcast has to be financially sustainable, build authority, and sell through itself.
When you try to do everything, you risk diluting your impact and losing sight of the main goal — growing the business. The essential role of a media project initiator is to focus on attracting sponsors, building a sustainable sales ecosystem, and developing strong relationships with partners, experts, and relevant brands.
Many confuse podcast production with simply organizing an editorial calendar or matching a topic to a well-known guest. In reality, that's just the tip of the iceberg. Behind it sits the work of marketing strategy, copywriting (relevant descriptions, SEO titles), social media (tactical promo materials), media sales, and product management.
So, choosing the right partners becomes a strategic decision: the right partner supports the project's scale and sustainability, while the wrong choice can lead to stagnation or even failure.
The visual identity was designed to reflect the brand's core values. The central idea is growth — not just of children, but also of parents learning and making mistakes as they adapt to their new role. The logo visually translates this vision through a symbol that brings together two silhouettes — parent and child — outlined in an organic shape resembling a tree. This metaphor is reinforced by a circular waveform that acts as a protective element, and by the color palette, which we wanted to simultaneously convey parental responsibility and the playfulness that is absolutely essential to growth.
The resulting visual identity is simple, yet expressive. Easy to apply, easy to recognize, and, most importantly, true to the brand's mission. Building a coherent branding package ensured visual consistency across every material — from video episodes and social media to podcast platforms.
The branding package included:

Initially, Creștem Mari's request was strictly about the video production side. However, Ramona was pleasantly surprised to discover that, at Amaze, we also offer real-time editing — meaning that, on top of a fully equipped studio (lights, set, cameras, microphones, and a dedicated operator), we also deliver a pre-edited material, ready to publish, immediately after the recording session, thanks to live multicam directing.
At that point, Ramona didn't have a clear plan for content distribution. Since it was a pilot series, we assumed the material would be used as a proof of concept for her social media community, without graphic elements — just the standard color-graded image and mastered sound options that came with our Instant package. Many of our clients use this package exactly in this form, even in advanced project stages, for efficiency and simplicity.
The first episode was edited by Ramona herself. The result? A notable success: over 25,000 views in the first week — a clear signal that the topic, guests, and editorial angle were extremely well received. Even so, the level of visual editing and branding wasn't yet at the standard needed to sustain a credible, long-term project. At the same time, the challenge kept growing, given that Ramona is a journalist and not a video editor, so to keep up the pace and volume of content needed to build industry authority, a scalable solution was required. The project couldn't function as a one-woman show — at least, not without a technical and creative partner to sustain this effort over the long term.
🎧 "I shot at Amaze on Monday and by Wednesday I had the fully edited episode — with intro, graphics, best-moments cut, Instagram clips, and uploaded to YouTube. In a word, everything. I didn't have to manage any editor, any clunky editing program, any transfers, or download heavy-quality materials which sometimes could take hours. It's like having my own studio." - Ramona, Founder of Creștem Mari
Beyond the editorial, production, and editing process, the podcast also needed a solid digital marketing and social media promotion strategy to attract new followers. In that spirit, we developed a series of materials dedicated to social networks, which significantly contributed to the organic growth of the podcast's reach.
Developing the podcast's amplification materials was also handled by Amaze, to reduce the friction of working across multiple teams. This way, we kept visual consistency across social media materials as well. In this context, we delivered the following services:
From a single episode, we pull 5 to 10 clips that each reach between 5,000 – 50,000 in reach.
Most creators are stuck in a clunky post-production process or held back by the lack of a team. With Amaze, you don't need anything extra: you shoot and receive the final, ready-to-publish episode in 2–3 days max, including tactical social media promo materials.
